Cancellation Policy (applicable to the cancelled items in an order)

< 24 hours: one day's rental fee
1 - 3 days before delivery: 50% of one day's rental fee
>3 days: No charge
Once rental begins: No refunds or rescheduling as the product is reserved for the selected duration.

Rescheduling Policy (only one rescheduling allowed)

< 24 hours: 10% of one day's rental fee (for same order)
Rescheduling is subject to availability of the product for the new days.

Please contact us as soon as you know that you would need an extension.
Extension will only be available if the product is availble and not already booked for those days.
